Welcome to the brand new Buchter Forum. This forum is intended for people who live - or have lived - in Lüderitz. Here they can discuss everything from local news to the what the wind is going to do.

Registering to the forum is free of charge and no one will be denied access to the site. We do however hold the right to ban people from the forum if they not comply with the following simple rules:

- The forum is for disscusions which concern a larger group. For one-on-one conversations we have to reffer you to e-mail or a chatbox (tip google msn).
- The forum is for everybody. Everybody needs to feel at home here, so please do respect each others feelings. There is nothing wrong with beeing critical, that is what drives a discussion - but please refrain from making personal attacks or insults.
- Keep in mind that this is a public forum, minors are able to view the content so refrain from any "adult comments or pictures", hard languages, aggressive comments or images.
- The forum is not intended to advertise your local, national or international business. This is called spamming, and I believe I speak for everyone in Lüderitz when I say that we have a strong dislike of spamming. If you have an event going on that feel free to post an announcement in the Events category, but there is no need to put your company name in there more than 5 times!

Please remember that we reserve the right to ban you for other reasons than the rules stated above, so use common sence and try to comment in a possitive or constructive way.

The Buchter Forum is run and moderated by The Buchter News and part of http://www.buchternews.com. The forum can easily be accessed thru www.buchterforum.com. We are looking forward to the discussions and will certainly raise some discussions ourselves!
